INTERAZIONE PORTO-CITTÀ: FRA PIANIFICAZIONE PORTUALE E NOVITÀ LEGISLATIVE.

Abstract (It): il presente elaborato nasce con l’intento di approfondire la possibilità di integrazione fra città e infrastruttura portuale, analizzando i più recenti interventi normativi a supporto di tali finalità. A questo proposito, un ruolo chiave è svolto dalle aree di interazione porto-città, spazi i cui profili sono previsti e delineati dai Piani Regolatori Portuali. In questo contesto, il Decreto Legge 16 Luglio 2020 n.76, convertito dalla Legge 11 Settembre 2020 n.120, ha adottato notevoli semplificazioni di carattere amministrativo in materia portuale. Fra queste, la previsione di un iter autorizzatorio più agevole per le misure che attuano adeguamenti tecnico-funzionali, nelle aree di interazione porto-città.

Abstract (En): this paper was created with the intention of investigating the possibility of integration between the city and the port infrastructure, analyzing the most recent regulatory interventions in support of these purposes. In this regard, a key role is played by the port-city interaction areas, spaces whose profiles are foreseen and delineated by the Port Regulatory Plans. In this context, the Decree Law 16 July 2020 n.76, converted by Law 11 September 2020 n.120, has adopted significant simplifications of an administrative nature in port matters. Among these, the provision of an easier authorization process for the measures that implement technical-functional adaptations, in the port-city interaction areas.
